Joining a TCG tournament or any event at Empire Trading is simple. Check the TCG Event Calendar above to find the date and time of the tournament, pre-release event, or casual play night you’d like to attend. Then, book your spot online or in person. Click on any event below to secure your spot or come in and register at our Ottawa shop.
Types of Events at Empire Trading
At Empire Trading, we host regular events for all major trading card games. Everyone is welcome, from competitive players to casual TCG fans. Here’s what we offer:
• TCG Tournaments: Weekly card game tournaments for Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Digimon, Lorcana, and Magic: The Gathering.
• Pre-Release Events: Be the first to try new sets before they’re officially released. For those who want to secure their own copies, pre-orders are available online.
• TCG Casual Play Nights: Free, open play. Bring your deck, meet new players, and enjoy the friendly, welcoming community vibe.
• Console & Gaming Competitions: Coming soon! Look forward to Smash Bros., League of Legends, and other in-store gaming tournaments.
